Last Will & Testament

  • Process

The process begins with a free consultation, where we will determine whether a Will is the right step for your situation and goals. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions.

If a Will is appropriate, we will schedule a second consultation to discuss the specific details of your estate. This allows us to prepare the first draft of your Will.

Within two weeks, the first draft will be ready for your review. We will make any necessary amendments based on your feedback.

From here, we will make the final draft of your Will for you to sign.

  • Requirements

The only document you need is your ID (Omang)

The fees are dependant on the type of will:

    Single Will- P5500 once off

Joint Will (for married couples)- P6000 once off

    Instalment plans are available

  • What happens after the Will is ready

Once the final draft is approved, you will sign the Will.

We will then file it with the Master of the High Court and provide you with a confirmation letter verifying that your Will has been registered. However, for security reasons, you will not get copies of the Will itself.

We recommend giving copies of the confirmation letter to trusted friends or family so they know to contact the law firm if anything happens to you.
